The Brand Central Station sales consultant starts almost every Interview by asking the client how he/she knows how well they are doing. That question usually provides some insights into what that client views as “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI’s) and, very often, form the foundation of our analysis services section of the proposal.
Tracking KPI’s does not (and should not) be an elaborate or difficult thing to do. But it does need to be done.
