Using the notes supplied by the sales consultant from the initial interview, a team of people from Brand Central Station meet to review the nature of the problem faced by the client and the problems/opportunities that are most apparent.
Our goal in this evaluation meeting is not to identify an exact solution but rather to develop a strategy for addressing it in a manner that fits within the client’s business plan and financial means. This usually means sharing a brief of information with experts from various parts of the country and meeting via conference call to walk through the possibilities.
Notes are compiled by Brand Central Station’s staff and a summary of thoughts, additional questions, recommendations are made. Those notes form the foundation of a consultation summary and proposal for the client to review and consider during the next step in our process: The Consultation.
