For most clients, this is where the real work gets done.
Brand Central Station’s team of consultants and partners go to work on the various sales and marketing programs authorized by the client.
Work is performed directly for the client, but coordinated through BCS as part of its administrative role. Billing for time and expenses is centralized through Brand Central Station as well and clients are constantly “in the loop” with regard to costs, schedules and progress reports.
As projects wrap up, clients are expected to provide evaluations of team member performance, satisfaction with results and other key performance indicators we’ve agreed to early on. They are also asked to give testimonial statements we can share with other clients, consultants and partners as we continue to build our network.
In addition to this direct feedback, BCS manages an active Analysis phase for every client to track our progress against financial and sales benchmarks reflecting the performance of the approved sales and marketing plan.
