It is our mission to help clients and marketing service providers make connections and do business together. This is done socially, through the Brand Central Station Online (BCSO) community and more formally, via the BCS extranet.
Informal connections made as a result of responding to ads, introductions in chatrooms or discussions on message boards may result in direct transactions between BCSO members without our knowledge or oversite. And that’s okay by us.
Transacting Business Directly via BCS
On the other hand, business connections made via the BCS Bid Boards result in projects that will be managd through the BCS Extranet. The BCS Extranet is a free service provided to all BCSO members.
The BCS Extranet is a virtual workspace that allows clients and marketing service providers to upload and download files, set production schedules and follow-up via email. We have a number of templated forms on the BCS Extranet that will aid in communication between parties and help reduce confusion.
The largest, single benefit of managing projects via the BCS Extranet, however, is the fact that we will be able to monitor the progress of each project and make sure all parties involved are satisfied with the result.
At the end of every project run through the BCS Extranet, both the client and the service provider(s) will be asked for feedback on he experience. That feedback will be used to make improvements to the process and the tools provided by BCS to its online community members.
