Marketing coaching services are typically offered on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and are usually conducted over the phone or via web conference (following an initial, in-person interview/audit). These meetings typically last 30-60 minutes and provide the client and the coach to have an in-depth discussion of key issues and obstacles.
An agenda is prepared and delivered to the client prior to each meeting. Notes are kept from each meeting and a written summary is provided back to the client within 24 hours of the meeting.
Costs and Length of Engagement
Coaching is billed at BCS’s standard project rate of $150/hour with a two-hour minimum each month. Each session typically requires a half-hour prep and half-hour for after-the-fact documentation ($225 – 300/session).
The first month’s services, plus out-of-pocket expenses for an in-person interview are usually required in advance. The time required for the first sesion, conducted in-person, is not billed unless it’s decided to prematurely terminate the contract.
